CrewTank is built around transparent, class-specific pricing — not a one-size-fits-all staffing markup.

You pay the worker’s wage, payroll taxes, workers’ compensation based on the applicable class code, benefit funding, and a CrewTank service fee. Contractors who move their existing workforce onto CrewTank receive our lowest service fee, while workers sourced from the CrewTank labor bench carry a higher fee.

Before you put anyone on a job, you can see the expected hourly cost. We can also compare CrewTank against your current payroll, workers’ compensation, benefits and employment costs so you can see the economics for yourself.

CrewTank is designed to move quickly. Once you post a requisition, available workers who match your requirements can be notified immediately and accept assignments directly from their phones.

Our goal is to provide qualified candidates within four hours, and many requests may be filled faster depending on trade, location, schedule and worker availability.

Workers can arrive with their CrewTank onboarding, required documentation, credentials and applicable safety information already on file.

CrewTank is focused on general construction labor and lower-to-moderate hazard trades, including carpentry helpers, framing, concrete, drywall, painting, landscaping, site cleanup, material handling and similar work.

Certain higher-hazard operations are outside the CrewTank program, including roofing, structural steel, significant work at height, excavation and trenching, high-voltage electrical work, hazardous-material remediation and other exposures outside our approved workers’ compensation program.

CrewTank combines location and identity verification at clock-in and clock-out.

GPS verifies that the worker is within the designated jobsite geofence, while photo verification helps confirm that the person clocking in is the assigned worker. Punches that don't meet the required verification criteria are flagged for review.

That gives contractors a stronger record of who worked, where they worked and when they worked — without relying on shared badges or paper timesheets.

When a project ends or your labor needs change, you can release CrewTank workers from the assignment without carrying unnecessary idle labor between jobs.

Those workers remain part of the CrewTank labor network and can become available for other assignments. When your next project starts, you can request workers you've used successfully before, subject to their availability.

CrewTank is launching across the Phoenix metropolitan area, including Chandler, Mesa, Tempe, Scottsdale, Glendale, Peoria and communities throughout the Valley.

From there, we're building toward broader Arizona coverage based on contractor demand and worker availability.
